Pricing Controls

Shipment Weeks: The number of weeks between the first and last shipment date found in the invoice.

DIM Divisor(s): Any unique dim divisors that were found on the uploaded invoice.

Pricing Inputs: This is the additional savings you would like to apply to the customer's existing FedEx discount Inputs in this section will only impact the Fast Start Program)

• Input field: Input the additional discount you would like to apply to the shipments in that category.

  • The default additional discount is 5%.

  • Calculation for new discount: (1- Max Discount) * (1- Input Value))

  • Use Exact Discount Percentage toggle: When turned on, this allows the user to input the exact discount they would like to offer the prospect.

  • Override Minimums toggle: When turned on, this will allow the transportation cost to go below the minimum shipment cost.

Fee Breakdown:

• Input field:

  • This defaults to the minimum fee found on the invoice.

  • Input the fee value you would like to be applied to applicable shipments.

DIM Divisor Override: These are the ground and air DIM divisors used to calculate dimensional weight for the appropriate pricing templates. The default is 139 for each.
