Invoice Service Type: Service type as found on the uploaded invoice

UPS Service Type: Mapped name to UPS for Invoice Service Type

Zone: Zone code as found on invoice. If there is not a zone on the invoice, but there is an origin and destination zip code present, the zone will be calculated and applied.

Rated Weight: Rated weight as found on invoice

Applied Weight: Weight used in the rate calculation for the shipment. This dynamically changes based on the program selected, dimensional weight, and dim divisors (if dimensions are present)

Transportation Charge: Amount the prospect paid for transportation only (Transportation - Discounts). Does not include fees or fuel surcharge

Fuel Surcharge: Fuel surcharge as found on the invoice uploaded

Invoice DAS+RESI Fees: Sum of DAS and RESI charges as found on the invoice

UPS DAS+RESI Fees: Current Cost Basis value of DAS and RESI charges offered to the customer. Only applies if the selected program is Current Cost Basis

Current Rate: Current rate from the invoice uploaded. (Transportation Charge + Fuel Surcharge + Invoice DAS+RESI Fees)

UPS Rate: Price being offered to prospect (UPS Transportation Charge + Fuel Surcharge + UPS DAS+RESI Fees). Fuel and DAS+RESI are dependent on the program selected

Applied Cost Basis: Program selected for the shipment

Transportation Savings: Savings on Current Rate and related costs (Current Rate - UPS Rate)

UPS Savings %: Transportation Savings as a percentage

UPS Margin: Margin to be received given the selected program (UPS Rate - UPS Cost)

Accessorial Fee Savings: Savings on accessorial related costs (UPS Accessorial Fees - Invoice Accessorial Fees). Excludes DAS+RESI and Fuel, as they are calculated separately

Actual Weight: Actual weight as found on the invoice uploaded

B2B+ Weight: Calculated weight for B2B+

Carrier: Carrier for the shipment as found on the invoice uploaded. Controls carrier rates selected for Current Cost Basis program

Cubic Inches: Calculated cubic inches based on dimensions as found on the invoice uploaded

Current All-In Rate: All-in amount the prospect is currently paying. Includes all possible charges (DAS, RESI, Fuel, Accessorials and Insurance)

Declared Value: The declared value of the shipment as found on the invoice

Dim Divisor: Dim divisor as found on the invoice uploaded

Dimensional Weight: Weight used to find rates for Current Cost Basis

Discount: Discount currently being offered to the prospect as found on the invoice uploaded

E-Comm Weight: Weight used to find rates for B2B and B2C

Height: Height of package as found on the invoice uploaded

Insurance Savings: Insurance savings on the package. Dynamically updates according to the program selected

Invoice Accessorial Fees: Sum of accessorial fees as found on the invoice uploaded. Limited to fees we know how to map. Fees not included will be excluded from analysis and observable in "Pricing Controls" > "Other Fees & Discounts"

Length: Length of package as found on the invoice uploaded

Other Surcharges: Sum of unaccounted for fees in the analysis as they appear on the invoice uploaded

Package Type: Package type as found on the invoice uploaded

Payer Account: Payer account number as found on the invoice uploaded

Recipient State: Recipient State as found on the invoice uploaded

Recipient Zip Code: Recipient Zip Code as found on the invoice uploaded

Shipment Date: Shipment Date as found on the invoice uploaded

Shipper Zip Code: Shipper Zip Code as found on the invoice uploaded

Transportation Charge: Transportation charge before any discounts as found on the invoice uploaded

Total Shipment Discount: Total of discounts as found on the invoice uploaded

Tracking ID: Tracking ID as found on the invoice uploaded

UPS Accessorial Fees: Total of accessorial fees being offered to the prospect

UPS All-In Rate: All-In rate being offered to the prospect based on the selected program. Includes all charges in the analysis

UPS All-In Savings: Savings being presented to the prospect (Current All-In Rate - UPS All-In Rate)

UPS Insurance: Insurance amount being presented to the prospect. Dynamically changes based on program selected between STANDARD and DAP

UPS Margin All-In: All-In margin to be received given the selected program (UPS All-In Rate - UPS All-In Cost)
