New & Enhanced Functionality
User-Group Visibility Rules
Admins with no groups see all data.
Non-admins with no groups see every prospect they created, anywhere.
Admins & Managers in groups see everything inside only those groups.
Manager in no groups, see only their own prospects
When anyone leaves a group, they lose access to data created in that group
Ends the “mystery records” complaints and clarifies exactly who can see what.

Added fields for UPS & FedEx published transportation rates, plus slots for custom rates or spot-check overrides.
Lets analysts benchmark against carrier rate sheets in-app—no more side spreadsheets.
Fixes & Stability
OCR (UPS Invoice)
Uploading the same UPS PDF in two logins captured only one shipment.
Adjusted logic for the “Adjustments and Other Charges” block so no shipments get dropped.
Cost Analysis – “All In” Toggle
Turning off the toggle skewed the margin (percent vs. decimal) and froze the customer-savings figure.
Fixed the conversion math; savings now updates instantly.
Cannot Create Cost Analysis
User hit a processing error on create.
Root cause patched; files that failed on 5/27 now import cleanly.
DAS EXT Fees Misapplied
B2B shipments pulled the wrong accessorials, inflating savings.
Corrected fee map; B2B pricing now matches tariff rules.
OCR – Additional UPS Invoice Gaps
Missed surcharges; fuel surcharge mis-calc; declared-value missing.
Improved section parsing and added fallback for blank declared-value fields.
Export / Download Blocked
Cost-analysis export button did nothing for some users.
Backend timeout removed; confirmed fixed by the reporting teams.
